* Track calorie and nutrient input: Track your daily meal portions for the count of calories and nutrients. Glycemic index is ready for your search for alternative food with a low glucose index. Additionally, schedule meals for improved glucose control, weight management, or both.
* Track calories burned by exercise. Select the type and duration of your activity, and track the calories burned. You can schedule exercise sessions daily or weekly. With integration to Apple Health, your exercise will be automatically uploaded for easy review.
* With AI analytics data from CGM, glucose health profiles of each meal for breakfast lunch and dinner can be compared side by side for optimal choice.
* Sleep Condition Recording and Scheduling: Record your daily sleep condition as good, normal, or not good, and set reminders to prioritize quality sleep.
* Medications Recording and Scheduling: Log your medications and set reminders to take them on time.
* Record Stress Level: Keep track of your stress level by selecting options such as normal, slightly stressed, or stressed.
* Record Body Weight, Blood Pressure, and Pulse.
* Device Connectivity: Connect your Freestyle Libre device, a real-time continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) device, to aid in weight loss and glucose control.
